Ron Barber serves as Chairman of BONEHEADS FIRE GRILLED's Board of Directors. After beginning his relationship with BONEHEADS as a franchisee and proving his success in the business, he now spearheads efforts to streamline operations, manage the executive team, and develop strategic initiatives for the brand. Barber became a BONEHEADS franchisee in 2005 and later purchased the franchisor rights to the concept in 2009.
James Walker is a member of the Board of Directors and serves as an advisor in brand development. He has more than 20 years of experience in the foodservice and franchise industries, including his current role as Chief Development Officer for Johnny Rockets™. He previously served as Chief Development Officer for Beef 'O' Brady's™ and The Brass Tap™, and as the President and Chief Development Officer for Fresh Brands™. Walker holds a Masters of Business Administration from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
Ed Bradley is the Director of Operations and Franchise Support. He comes to BONEHEADS with over 20 years of experience in the restaurant and foodservice industry. Ed comes to us with experience in an array of different brands. He has worked with Wendy's, Arbys, Chili's, Ruby Tuesday, Brio and the Here To Serve concepts of Strip, Goldfish and Aja. He has extensive menu development and new unit opening experience. Ed will be working directly with all new Franchisees during their training, staff & manager training, pre-opening and opening.
