FIT GO FRESH program offers delicious low calorie meals low in sodium and calorie controlled. All our meal are under 500 calories, through lower sodium intake and weight loss, one can lower blood pressure and promote a healthier heart. FIT GO FRESH meals include colorful fruits and vegetables. Recently, the "recommended" number of daily servings needed for good health was increased. Research shows that a diet rich in fruits and vegetables may reduce your risk of developing some chronic diseases and conditions such as high blood pressure, heart disease, Macular Degeneration, some forms of cancer, and may also aid in weight control.

All our meals are fresh, ready-to-eat and come perfectly portioned for individuals based on each person's selection. We do offer multi-plan discounts when ordering 10 or more meals – please contact your local Boneheads restaurant for special pricing. Our Chef and his team of experts carefully create each meal, and our executive chef balances the portions within each meal to ensure proper nutritional balance. Our calorie-controlled include Healthy Mix, Vegetarian, Low Carb, and Gluten Free.

HEATING INSTRUCTION

Because FIT GO FRESH meals are fresh, they will require far less heating time than frozen meals. All our meals are packaged in microwaveable containers that can be recycled. Remove fruit and other items that do not require heating. You may also heat your meal in the oven using an ovenproof dish. We have found that some meals, especially fish, heat better in the oven. Be sure not to overheat the meals.

Microwave
Our containers are microwave safe but when possible we recommend that you place the portion of your meal to be heated on a microwave safe plate, cover and heat to the desired temperature. This will ensure more even heating of the meal. Microwave times will vary based on the strength of your microwave and the density of the meal.

Oven
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Place the portion of your meal to be heated in an oven safe dish or container. Heat 5-15 minutes depending on the meal. The meal is fully heated when it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
